Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team at our Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (MH and SUD) PHP IOP outpatient program. This part-time, contract position is ideal for a professional looking to make a significant impact by overseeing and supporting our team of master’s level pre-licensed therapists. The primary responsibility will be ensuring clinical compliance and providing expert supervision in alignment with state regulations and our high standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Clinical Practice: Provide regular supervision to master's level pre-licensed therapists, ensuring clinical services are delivered in compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure that the therapy practices adjust to new requirements and maintain full compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) eligible to provide supervision in Tennessee
- Experience: At least 3 years of clinical supervision experience, preferably in an MH and SUD setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide critical feedback in a constructive manner.
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of state regulations relevant to clinical supervision and mental health/substance use disorder treatments.
Contract Details:
- This is a part-time contractor position. Hours and days are flexible but will be agreed upon to meet the supervision needs of the staff and compliance requirements of the program.

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
